Return/Refund Policy

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item.)  Please contact us immediately should this happen.

For orders that are returned because they will not work in your particular firearm a 20% restocking fee will apply.  This DOES NOT apply to coated bullets because they do not become damaged during shipping. 

If the return bullets are not adequately packaged, which requires A LOT of tape, we will only refund the amount applicable to the amount of bullets received.  

Shipping

We can ship to any address in the USA where US Mail is delivered, including Guam and Puerto Rico!!

Please also note that the shipping rates for all items are weight-based and shipped in USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes.  The rate is 18.00 for every 70lbs.  If your order is 18lbs or less(applies to most bullets, not brass) the shipping rate will be $10.00.  The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
